Grants and subsidies for photovoltaic installations in tourism

Resolution of the application: Once submitted, the resolution will be issued within a maximum period of 3 months.

• Plazo de solicitud: hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2025 o hasta agotar el crédito disponible.
– Form of presentation: Compulsorily electronically through the Electronic Headquarters of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
– Necessary documentation: Application form and documentation established in article five of the call for applications.

The following are eligible for these grants:

• Individuals or legal entities of a private nature.
• Tourism companies located in the Comunitat Valenciana registered in the Turisme Comunitat Valenciana Registry.
• Companies that carry out economic activities framed in the following CNAE:
  • Hotels and similar accommodations (CNAE 5510).
  • Tourist and other short-stay accommodation (CNAE 5520).
  • Other lodging (CNAE 5590).
  • Restaurants and food stands (CNAE 5610).
  • Organization of conventions and trade fairs (CNAE 8230).
  • Management of entertainment venues (CNAE 9004).
  • Activities of botanical gardens, zoological parks and nature reserves (CNAE 9104).
  • Activities of amusement parks and theme parks (CNAE 9321).

The grants will cover energy efficiency actions, highlighting:

• Photovoltaic installations: Generation and storage of solar energy for self-consumption.
• Improvement of energy efficiency in refrigeration and air conditioning.
• Automation and energy control systems.
• Other resource efficiency improvements and transition to circular economy.

Block exemption regime (for photovoltaic installations):

• Between 45% and 65% of eligible energy production costs.
• Up to 30% of eligible energy storage costs.
• Increases of 20% for small companies and 10% for medium-sized companies.

De minimis regime (for other actions):

• Up to 100% of the amount requested with a limit of €300,000 over 3 years.

– Execution period: Until December 31, 2025.
– Deadline for justification: One month after the end of the execution.
– Supporting documentation: Provide invoices, certifications and records in accordance with
as stipulated in the call.
