New Photovoltaic Installation at the University of Almeria

At Energías Renovables HG we are immensely proud to announce the completion of one of our most emblematic projects to date. We have successfully completed the photovoltaic installation at the School of Engineering of the University of Almeria (UAL).

This project not only represents a step towards sustainability for the educational institution, but also consolidates our technical and operational capacity to manage large-scale works in the province of Almería.

Technical Details of the Installation

For this project, we have opted for state-of-the-art technology that guarantees maximum performance and impeccable aesthetics in keeping with the building:

  • Total power: 144 kW installed.

  • Technology: 450W Full Black Bifacial Full Black solar panels.

The Challenge: Complexity and Teamwork

It was not a standard installation. The School of Engineering building itself had a complex architecture that required meticulous planning.

“It has been quite a challenge because of the complexity of the building itself, but thanks to our site officers, everything has turned out perfectly.”

The success of this project lies in the absolute coordination of all departments of Energías Renovables HG:

  1. Engineering: Our team began with extensive measurements to overcome architectural obstacles.

  2. In-house workshop: We custom-build the booth for the equipment, ensuring that it will adapt perfectly to the available space.

  3. Execution: Our officers (the executing hands) worked in strict compliance with the deadlines required by the University, once again demonstrating their professionalism.

Acknowledgments

We would like to extend our most sincere thanks to the University of Almeria and, especially, to all the maintenance staff for the treatment received and the facilities provided during the work. Their collaboration has been key for the result to be a 10.
