Energías Renovables HG Installs Solar Power Systems at Three Public Schools in La Vila Joiosa

At Energías Renovables HG, we continue to establish ourselves as a leading company in the development of photovoltaic projects for public administrations. On this occasion, we have been awarded three public contracts issued by the City Council of La Vila Joiosa for the installation of solar systems for self-consumption at the public schools CEIP La Torreta, CEIP Secanet, and CEIP Álvaro Esquerdo.

This major project involves the installation of 240 kW of photovoltaic capacity, distributed across 590-W bifacial solar panels—a high-performance technology that harnesses both direct and reflected solar radiation, thereby increasing energy production and the efficiency of each installation.

To ensure maximum system performance, Solplanet three-phase inverters have been installed, distributed as follows:

• Álvaro Esquerdo Elementary School: 1 100-kW inverter.
• CEIP La Torreta: 1 60-kW inverter.
• CEIP Secanet: 1 60-kW inverter.

One of the most significant aspects of this project has been the installation, at each of the schools, of specific metering equipment required by Iberdrola to enable the connection of the facilities to the power grid, in strict compliance with all the technical requirements established by the utility company.

Thanks to the thorough planning carried out by our Engineering Department, combined with the experience and professionalism of our installation teams, we were able to complete all three projects successfully, meeting the scheduled deadlines and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

With this initiative, the three schools will be able to significantly reduce their energy consumption and CO₂ emissions, contributing to a more sustainable and efficient energy model for the municipality of La Vila Joiosa.
